Decreased susceptibility to DTG, which coincided in our data set with the presence of Q148H/R/K plus at least one of G140A/C/S or E138A/K/T, was detected in 70 genotypes (15%) without differences between groups; R263K and G118R were not observed in any genotype (Fig. 1).
