One isolate (#1) had TCAC at 1809–1812 together with 1888G. Eleven of 23 samples (48%) had a mutation at position 1862: 10 G1862C and 1 G1862T. Two isolates (#1 and #3) lacked the precore start codon as a result of A1814C.
