Then, mutations of A667T, T670G, A673G and A680C just existed in another pair of mother and child named M2 and N2 (P = 0.043, P = 0.043, P = 0.043 and P = 0.043). The number of clones present with mutations of G403A and G708A in group M and group N was significantly higher than the number in group NM (P = 0.020 and P < 0.001), while the two mutations did not result in the change of amino acid.
