Of the 29 non-polymorphic mutations present in five or more INSTI-treated persons, each was significantly selected by INSTI treatment with corrected P values ≤0.05: H51Y, T66A/I/K, V75I, E92G/Q, Q95K, H114Y, G118R, F121Y, E138A/K/T, G140A/C/S, Y143C/H/R/S, Q146R, S147G, Q148H/K/R, N155H, S230R and R263K (Table 2).
