In a plasma sequence obtained at estimated week 106 from infection we did not detect any mutations within epitopes in HIV-Nef and HIV-Pol, but the I147L mutation located within the HLA-B57-restricted 147ISPRTLNAW155 (IW9) epitope in HIV-Gag was present, although not in association with the A146P mutation known to alter antigen processing.
