The M46I/L, PI-associated mutation, was the most frequent mutation observed in 2.2% (12/542) of individuals, while the most commonly observed NNRTIs resistance associated mutations were K101E (0.7%) and Y181C (0.7%), followed by V106M (0.60%), and the most prevalent resistance mutation of NRTIs was L210W(0.70%).
