The remaining two mutations, L125A and I309A, selectively affected a single class of antibodies: L125A affected only weakly/nonneutralizing MAbs and sCD4, and I309A affected only trimer-preferring bNAbs, especially PG9 and PG16, in line with previous mutagenesis results.
