Of the 161 inadequate‐responders to ADV, 76 (47.2%) were found to have an ADV‐related genotypic resistant mutation, including rtA181 and rtN236, 17 (10.6%) cases had other resistant mutations, including rtL180M, rtM204V/I, and rtN238T/Q; and 68 (42.2%) patients did not have any known NUCs‐related resistant mutations.
