The T184A mutation showed a higher proportion of Mut/WT ratios that were >1% (22 samples), followed by N236T, A181V, L180M, and M204I (18, 15, 5, and 5 samples, respectively), whereas no Mut viral population was detected over the predetermined ratio of 1% for V173L mutation.
