The most frequent mutation associated with NRTIs TDR were the thymidine analogue mutations (TAM), of which the most prevalent were the mutation of M41L (0.2%, 95% CI:0.05-0.4), followed by mutation of M184V(0.28%, 95% CI:0.1-0.6).
