Evidence
|
One patient had a multidrug-resistant reverse transcriptase mutation present (Q151M) which conferred resistance to all available NRTIs. The frequency of historical plasma RNA resistance mutation to at least one drug among non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NNRTIs), PIs, or INSTIs was 32%, 6%, and 4%, respectively.
