To further validate that the high frequency of V2-apex targeting plasma nAbs were not a feature specific to HIV-25710_2_43 pseudoviruses, infant plasmas that showed V2-apex dependence were further mapped with 16055, CAP45 and BG505 N160A mutant pseudoviruses (Fig. 2b).
