Three pseudoviruses with a mutation at N160 (B01: N160D, QH0692.42: N160S, and SF162.LS: N160K) all showed a resistant phenotype for both NAbs. PGT145 (Fig. 3g) and CH01-04 (Fig. 3h-k) showed similar neutralizing activities, performing best against B_EU strains and worst against B'_CN strains.
