Evidence
|
Distribution of drug efficiency-reducing substitutions (DERSs) was 21.4% (21/98). The substitutions were comprised of rtV191I (11/98), rtV214A (1/98), rtV214E (1/98), rtQ215H (3/98), Q215S (2/98), rtQ215P (3/98), and rtI233V (1/98). Prevalence of these substitutions among males and females were 20% (12/60) and 23.68% (9/38). There was no significant difference between two groups.
