The classical drug resistance mutations were not found by Sanger sequencing, while S202C/G/I (0.92% to ∼3.45%), M204I/V/S (0.90% to ∼8.32%), N236T (1.16% to ∼3.63%), and M250I/L/V (0.90% to ∼1.83%) were found at a low rate by NGS.
