As reported in other studies,10,21 M184V was the most frequent in this study and was associated with high-level resistance to 3TC, FTC, and ABC. Others mutations detected such as T215F/Y, D67N/E, K70R, and K219Q are associated with intermediate resistance to TDF, AZT, and 3TC.
