Three types of drug resistant mutations, single primary, multiple primary and primary plus compensatory mutations, were detected in a total of 97 patients of NAs treatment group, with rtM204I/V/S in YMDD motif being the most common substitution (78 of 97) (Table 2), which displays resistance to LMV and exerts sW196L/V and sI195M changes in the corresponding S protein.
