Effector After treatment finished, she noted a VAS score of 0 and was recommended to receive a second acupuncture session 2 days later. At the beginning of this second session, her VAS score was 7. Same acupuncture technique and points were used as described above, and the patient expressed pain relief after the end of the therapy. VAS score was reduced to 3 after the session. The following day, we contacted the patient by phone, and she said that she had no pain. Thus, the treatment was discontinued.
