Effector Nausea was present when the spermatic cord was being manipulated. Vital signs were stable during the 1 hour operation. Patient felt "tremendous but tolerable pressure and pulling." 4 hours after the operation, the patient felt pain over the wound which was tolerable. 5 days afterward, he was discharged.
