A large number of clinical trials have shown that acupuncture is effective in improving leukopenia after chemotherapy. Our study has shown that electroacupuncture can effectively improve the hematopoietic function of bone marrow in chemotherapy-induced leukopenia mice. Therefore, we want to further observe the key signal pathway of bone marrow of electroacupuncture to improve leukopenia after chemotherapy.
We used microarray to detail the expression of hematopoiesis related genes in bone marrow.
