To investigate the underlying effects of HCV JFH-1 on cellular innate immune response, primary human hepatocytes were infected for 48 hours and analyzed for whole-cell total RNA. Gene expression profiling analysis was subsequently performed using data obtained from Illumina NextSeq 2500 bulk RNA-sequencing of 4 different cell populations. |
